Transform your mobile into a personal digital coach
Starting a diet is difficult, but perhaps the most difficult part about dieting is disciplining yourself. The people behind Sensei say they can help you with a new method for enforcing your diet. Sensei will create a personalized program you can stick to and will motivate you along the way.
Sensei transforms your mobile into a personal digital coach. Sensei can be accessed via your phone, PDA or PC and it offers customized meal recommendations, weekly shopping lists, fitness information and motivational messages. The Sensei technology is based on Social Cognitive Theory which promotes behavior change by addressing cognitive, emotional and environmental factors. That means that it can accommodate changes in a user’s meal plans. Currently Sensei is only available for AT&T and Sprint wireless customers.
