Poor purple, pink has been overshadowing it in gadget land for years. But everyone forgets that not every girly girl likes pink, some girly girls in fact prefer purple. For those purple loves out there, it looks like Sony Ericsson has been taking notice. For starters they have the new purple w380i clamshell walkman phone which reacts to the touch of your fingertips.

It also sports some other cool features such as FM radio, TrackID music recognition which allows you record a few seconds of music and in turn return you the song name, artist & album, megabass for an enhanced listening experience and ready to go RSS feeds. Their other new purpleicious model is the candy bar K770i which is available as a triband unlocked phone for $299 which also sports a similarly cool feature set including FM radio, a generous 240 x 320 display, TrackID music recognition, picture blogging software, and picture editing software just to name a few.  The K770i also sports a built-in cybershot digital camera for superior picture taking.
