Carphone Warehouse has been caught misleading customers about iPhone’s insurance.
Undercover researchers from BBC One’s Watchdog found staff made false claims about what would happen if a phone was stolen and had not been insured.
This was in the hope customers would take out the store’s own insurance.

Oyster-enabled mobile from O2
O2 has officially announced the launch of the rumoured “Tube-Phone” as a six-month trial across London.
500 O2 customers will be given the already-launched Nokia 6131 NFC handset installed with the “O2 Wallet” and 200 quid pre-loaded by the nice folk at Visa, who already offer an Oyster card.

Watchmaker TAG Heuer today said it would team up with French design house Modelabs to produce its own series of mobile phones, marking its entrance into the same field of fashion manufacturers turned phone designers as Armani and Prada.

Tube passengers will soon be able to pay for journeys using their mobile phones.
The scheme will allow people to pay for using the train simply by swiping a phone with an in-built Oyster card across the ticket-reading machine.
Transport for London, Nokia and the network O2 are in talks over the plans which will be extended to bus journeys, trams and some overland journeys across the capital.
